Hi all,

I am happy found this forum and probably looks like I can have best respond over here.

I applied i751 by myself with attorney. Good faith but was happening divorce process (adultery by other side). File has documentation for starting process to divorcing case. I got divorce decree as 11.05.2021

Filing: I-751

Office: Nebraska

Case Received Date: 06.11.2021

Notice for Fingerprint by Mail: 09.09.2021

Notice for 24 months extension by Mail: 10.27.2021

After all them online status:

06.11.2021 Case Was Received

01.08.2023 Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken

I don't know who was/were same point with me or anything else.

I got mail for fingerprint September 2021. They updated online case as January 2023.

I am little lost. How long can be after all? What could/should be next?

My understanding is, you filed I-751 with divorce waiver?

The next step is USCIS will issue RFE to get your copy of divorce decree.

Then probably an interview (sometimes it's waived) and decision.

You're waiting no longer than a lot of jointly filed I-751 applicants. The processing times are very slow for everybody unfortunately.

Yes. I did "with divorce waiver"

USCIS not asking to court for divorce decree? If not, still I can send it.

I hope I can get positive answer :(

Thank you so much.

If this were DIY, I’d send a copy of divorce decree.

USCIS is now issuing 3 year extension letters. So that gives you an idea of what to expect.
