Hey Everyone,

Does anyone know what these writings might mean? We are currently in administrative processing for Egypt. The officer gave his passport back at the interview and had written (in red) on the registration receipt.

If he doesn’t recall anything specific the Officer said, it’s difficult to guess. Perhaps he was trying to tell him how to re submit his passport ( via courier or drop off at information window) once an approval decision has been made.
You can try emailing the photo along w query directly to the IV unit. Just state you are unsure if Officer was requesting anything from your husband since it is not listed on the Visa Refusal Letter and 221g

If further information is required from you, the consular officer will tell you how to submit that information. When your visa application is refused under section 221(g), you will be given a written letter notifying you of the visa refusal and will include a reference to requested documents, if any.
