New job, new i864?

Hello there, my husband was working self employed and he did not meet the requirements 2 of the last 3 year (because the Civid 19) he is more of a cash person and there isn't much proof of income, now He got a new job with W-2 6 months ago, his annual income is above the minimum, but after we filled the i864, they NVC replied to us he did not meet the criteria. So now we don't know if we should file a new i864 with his new job, because only has been working 6 months. Still the last 3 years dont meet the minimum l. We listed our house in US, as an asset to help us meet the requirements. But they seems to be ignoring that part. We still don't have an interview appointment. u guys need joint sponsor. ur husband still gonna be the main sponsor. there's no harm to file a new i-864 for ur husband with the updated information / job. 

 

just to be clear, u said he's ur husband but u guys filed K1 ?

1. husband requires CR1 and 125% of poverty level (at the least)
2. Did he include all the proofs for the value of the property which would include:  appraised value -bu licensed appaiser ? and all of the following?

You may include the net value of your home as an asset. The net value of the home is the appraised value of the home, minus the sum of any and all loans secured by a mortgage, trust deed, or other lien on the home. If you wish to include the net value of your home, then you must include documentation demonstrating that you own it, a recent appraisal by a licensed appraiser, and evidence of the amount of any and all loans secured by a mortgage, trust deed, or other lien on the home.

then take all  originals to the interview/   it will be up to the CO if they accept the assets or telle  u a joint  sponsor is needed

Ok I will prepare a new I-864 for my husbands new job, I may have a joint sponsor too. Do I need to add some kind of letter or statement from the joint sponsor,  or just with the i864 for the joint sponsor is enough?
