So pay 395+180+170=745 now or 1010 on August 1 because if we dont file our EAD and AP now it will be 1010 anyway?

Sorry for so many questions

Until July 30. Yes it is

On August 1, it goes to $1010.00, but it includes all interim benefits.

After July 30 the EAD/I-765 will cost $340 and the AP/I-131 will cost $305. So if down the road if the green card is taking time and you need to apply for the EAD to be able to work that will be $395 + $340 = $635 without the benefit of AP. Additionally, since so many people are rushing for the July 30 deadline it may take longer to process for EAD. So if fiances are tight the real question is do you need your spouse to work as soon as possible? If so you may want to file for the EAD now.

Yes it would be nice if she started to work soon, we dont need AP at this time and I heard it dont take as long as the EAD. So maybe no AP for now; only do the AOS and the EAD only at this time.

Thanks for all your help!
