I-129f Change of Address?

Hello! I currently am in a little bit of a pickle. I just got a notice that my apartment was needing to relocate me because of serious maintenance issues within my apartment. I sent away my I-129f away in August, and I do have my NOA1. I was wondering how the process of changing my address works. If it matters, I am the petitioner.

I saw this website (https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/addressChange.do), but I have questions.

I saw people saying that they had to call, but on that website it just seems like I do it electronically. Which one is the case? Is there anything that I should know in advance to changing my address-- will this delay my case?

Overall, I am just looking for reassurance and a clear guide. Thanks!

I've run into this issue too, as a petitioner living overseas. The online form doesn't allow foregin addresses, and I haven't been able to update on the phone. No solution yet, but please update if you find one!
