Lack of tax returns

So I am 19 filing the i-129F, my first year working at 18 was part time and definitely not at the income limit, but now I'm getting hired as an apprentice bricklayer in the late summer(when I'm going to file) making well over, its just that I will realistically not have any tax returns that follow the income limits. BUT I will have employment letter, paystubs and such, just wondering what should I do or say when they get to NOA2 that I don't have a good tax return or w-2, just current income

I strongly suggest you file now as the whole process will take a minimum of 18 months to interview. Your fiancé will have to bring the financial documents to the interview so that’s really far out and hence why you should file now (if you meet the 2 year meeting requirement of course).

Tax returns and W2s are not evidence of current income. What matters is current income which can be evidenced by an employment letter and pay stubs as you have mention you plan to show
