Yesterday’s numbers are TERRIBLE. I really hope it’s a system issue 😭😭

There's 0 approvals so 100% a system issue. Last time we had a system issue there was only RFEs and such so they may have been late monday numbers or there's something preventing proper input. It basically looks like weekend numbers.

I would hope they make up for it, guess we'll see

I’m hoping so. It’s always nerve wrecking to see things like this after everything going **seemingly** smoothly.

Honestly I'd be more concerned if they were decent numbers but low, like 100 ish or something. The fact it's 0 approvals flags that something is up on their system

That makes a lot of sense and definitely makes me feel a lot better.

Something probably changed after last week's maintenance to be fair.
Monday started with just few RFEs and stayed like that until late hours, but then by the end of the day (3 pm ET time) we got 200+ processed cases. I thought yesterday would be the same but the end of the way huge wave of updates never came. Just need to wait and see later today. My hopes to be approved this week are now super low because of that hahah but if you see my post here yesterday, some people are getting their NOA2 on the mail without ever seeing any update on the system (the system still shows as case received).

February 2022 I-129F K1 Case Status Spreadsheet can be found here.
NVC Timelines spreadsheet can be found here.
NOA1:
Feb 22nd, 2022 | NOA2: May 12th, 2023 (444 days) | NVC Received: July 3rd, 2023 (52 days) | Case number: Aug 2nd, 2023 (82 days) | In Transit: Aug 15th, 2023 (95 days)  | Ready: Aug 17th, 2023 | Medical: Sep 22nd, 2023 | Interview: Sep 26th, 2023

There's nothing particularly complex or exceptional about our petition as far as I can tell. Maybe our age has something to do with it, I don't know. She's 52 and divorced, I'm 50 and never been married. Neither of us has any criminal record at all, not so much as a parking fine. I've never outstayed an ESTA when visiting, and never had any issues with immigration when visiting her in Washington State. I'm from Scotland, so I'm a British citizen, which isn't a problematic country as far as I know (despite Brexit). Whatever's causing the delay, I honestly don't think it can be the contents of our petition, but who knows?

If your fiancee hasn't already reached out to their representative, I recommend it -- especially because for Kennewick the representative is Dan Newhouse! He is one of the longest sitting members on the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Homeland Security that oversees USCIS, meaning he was on the committee that told USCIS that they need to start adjudicating all requests within six months of submission back in 2020 (for the 2021 Appropriations Bill). If you need help writing a letter, let me know -- I made a few templates for letters to Representatives here, but having a representative on that subcommittee advocating for us could be extra impactful, so I'm happy to write something bespoke.

Ummm.. That's a good thought, and many thanks for suggesting it, but Dan Newhouse is not one of my fiancee's favourite people, and the feeling is probably mutual. Let's just say they are not politically aligned. She has been pro-active in calling Senator Patty Murray's office, so we're hoping she might get back to us at some point. Thanks for the suggestion, though, it's a positive one.

Oh I'm not a fan either. Seems like all the more reason to ask him to do his job. He has 1/10th of the constituants to answer to vs. Senator Murray and more influence over USCIS (like it or not).

Seeing monthly scanners come up empty today so another day of no real numbers I'm afraid. Does seem something is going on with system but they're still processing and sending out letters so I wouldn't worry. Will just have to peak our curiosity on how nmbers are doing 😂

Honestly, I agree. There must be something going on that has nothing to do with processing (e.g. training days, system issues, decrease in transparency, switch to weekly system updates etc.).

I would be more concerned with lower approval numbers (i.e. signs that this is just a downturn) rather than seeing zeros.
