I’m March 2022- when we applied it was 10-12 months so it defo was heartbreaking at first to see the wait just go up but feeling a lot more positive now they are speeding up and our turn is hopefully 4 months away! I think I counted there was 12k k1 left before me approximate!

Can you be so kind to share with us your source before I tell my fiancée this awesome news?

I’m April 2022. It was 15.5 months for me.

I am very positive that the times will most likely go up from 15.5 months to eventually 12 months mid year, if they keep up the speed. Maybe even higher than 12, but nowhere below 10 months.

I think people who filled end of 2022- so for Oct,Nov,Dec COULD be lucky and get it eventually at their month they filed, with much luck.

But then again, they do what they wanna do, so if they can't keep up the speed, then nevermind. So best we can do is honestly observe the timeline until mid year and then probably base of that more information! Thanks though to all the hard work everyone puts in with the clear overviews + sheets on how many cases are handed per week/day. Ya'll are great! :)

I track all the case numbers and also follow all the updates on here, they almost hit 1000 cases last week, last year we were lucky if it was 500!

High hopes honestly, since it has been doubling up, if they do keep like this, we guranteed people who filled in 2022 end of the year to get a result in this year :)

Praying for everyone, we all got this! Time is ticking sadly yes, but once we all get to be with our loved one, it was all worth it! ❤️

Im optimistic that by the end of this quarter there will be a clear trend in where processing times are going. If we see an improvement to 1000 cases net backlog reduction a week by April, I would think that anyone who applied in late '22 should be hearing back about the same month they applied a year earlier.

Are these numbers just for VJ members or all K1 filers in general? I see so much positivity and hope on here and then on the FB forums everyone is upset and stressed and have been waiting since late 2021 with nothing. I hate to get excited for nothing 😕

All K1 filers being processed in California - people are scraping the actual updates from USCIS, so the data is not self-reported (a common misconception when this info is shared on other sites!).
