But it still mentions that below. Which report are you referring to?

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/reducing-processing-backlogs

That website is also linked to in their latest report here https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/news-releases/uscis-releases-new-data-on-effective-reduction-of-backlogs-support-for-humanitarian-missions-and

The fact they don't highlight I-129f's doesn't mean anything to me like it seems to Lynx, humanitarian and workers will always be their priority 🤷‍♀️

How do we really provide any wedding plans when we have no clue on the dateS? Seems counter intuitive.

Precisely :)

Your curiosity is justified.

It all comes down to the most politically-appropriate way of writing that hey, all'a'yall don't do nothing on time, so what am I supposed to provide...

Be gentle and don't quote me 🤡

- Proof of the beneficiary's parents and friends being aware and consenting of the relationship

- Proof of the wedding ceremony being pre-planned in detail

That's what Oct '22 and Nov '22 RFEs had been like.

Are you saying that this what the majority of RFEs from those months were asking for? How did you find this out?

I feel like if a substantial amount of RFEs were asking for stuff like that we would have seen posts on these forums about it, no?

I agree with this. I think it's totally fine to be cautious or believe it'll be slower/whatever but don't need to constantly quote people and tell em to stop having hope. People can believe what they want. No need to 'well actually' everyone all the time

Exactly!!! I’ve been silently following this post for a while and the negativity from one individual is ridiculous.

I haven't honestly kept track of which rfe I see posted and from where but majority I've seen are proof of meeting within 2yrs or proof of relationship. Usually photos sent in aren't dated or something was insufficient/missing

I noticed January, february, march 2022 threads are very  quiet. can we assume that there are not too many of them?

compare with october, november, december threads, these folks are very anxious. my 2cents....

Honestly we're probably hitting the point a lot of people knew it'd be a long wait so aren't as anxious?? That or they'll all pop up when it's time.

2021 people applied when it was 6-9 months probably and quickly it went down hill so they weren't expecting the long haul

Do I know that for a fact? No.

Do I utilize a plethora of alternative sources? Yes.

Yes, I agree, there is a deafening silence from those receiving RFEs.

Then again, having been a subject to one, there's literally zero data to respond to as to who, why, what, when, where.

It's a genuine cluster... mind... to answer to.
