Or - as you've admitted yourself, it's not reliable....

My estimate is not reliable yes because it is completely my own biased opinion...I can't say how many cases they'll be doing in 2 months but the 800 number for last week, is reliable. It's in the past. My prediction of the future is an educated guess at best. I just always make sure to state that so people don't think I have some insider knowledge and believe it' 100% facts

You're cherry picking statements and mixing them together.

Someone who knows can correct me, but I don't think the data is extrapolated. It's more that they run some sort of script and collect updates on the case numbers, or something of the sort. I'm not a computer person lol

that's not a fiance visa, 1-129 has a goal of 2 months then 2week for premium.
I-129f will still be 6months goal with no premium options.

to add to this, it's a worker visa. It makes sense to have short waits and premium options for workers. A company may need a worker ASAP and for economical reasons it makes sense to expediate these visas. A family visa is a lower priority.

yeah,  i said for premium

but the 2 months for the normal is not even possible -not if u view the already pending cases

they are so far behind already -how would it be there can catch up with new cases being added every day

that's not fiance....

The goal for our visas are 6months not 2months.

I agree I don't expect them to meet this goal though. I just mention it in my post as to have such an extreme goal means they have to be making big changes ASAP.  If the goal was like 12 months...it'd be more achievable but require far less movement on their side. I will die of shock if they get down to 6months by Oct but honestly...at this rate they may not be miles off the mark by then

Quick math based on slightly outdated numbers, they need to get to about 1400+ per week to get close to their 6month goal (but that would have to be now, next month may need to be like 1500). That's not super out of the bounds of reality with the way their numbers are tracking. I wouldn't be super shocked if they were down to 10months by around Oct but I would also rather be cautious and assume we'll hang closer to 12-14months.

visa prioitys often change

in the summer student visa interviews are pushed

and right now Immigration is dealing with Ukraine and whatever they come up with for all the new illegals streaming in

and its only going to get worse at the Mexico /Us border as the arrest of Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzmán, has led to riots in mexico driving decent citizens to flee

It often lags so give it a week or two before worrying about numbers. Like I've seen 100 before only for it to jump to 600 a week later 😂

Nice. Do you know if there's a similar one for the I-130?

sadly I do not, I believe these projects mostly started as the K1 was fluctuating so widely. I think spousal is still fairly predictable as long as you know service centre? I lack knowledge in this area
