Excellent numbers. Looks like my timeline is gonna be around 11.5 months between NOA1-NOA2 (late Jan 2023 filer).

Will say though this forum and social media sites still have me thinking about having a talk with my partner to withdraw the I-129F, do the Utah online wedding and just do the CR1 process.

Only you and your partner know what's right for you. You've heard all of the people pushing it, and recently this thread talked about reasons people avoid it.

I thought about doing this option with my fiancee. I would have gone to Brazil and found someone in Utah to officiate (the only requirement), so the wedding still would have had us together. I grew up in Utah, so that may have been easier for me than some. We still opted for the K-1.

The I-129F processing times are definitely decreasing. It's not dramatic decreases of months at a time, but the backlog is going down so at least this portion of the process is getting better. Some in your group may see NOA2 in November if current trends hold.

I feel this so much! I was thinking with my fiance to file for a CR1 instead but we ended up deciding doing the K1 route because the fact it'll take a while to work for us was just better. I want to get to know the people, look around, have some time to process HEY Im in a different country WITH MY LOVE u know? I do absolutely agree that u choose what's best for u in the end! 100% what Naterson said ~ And I do agree! Honestly if October hears on October or even before, then 2023 fillers might hear in November/December! :)

Hi everyone happy for those who got approved and wish fast approval for the rest of you

My NOA 1 is on 1 December 2022 wich months do you expect my December Filers to be Processed

and I need some help to read Obllak report. estimated wait time

On the report I  see that the total backlog on November 2022 is 33070  I counted total cases processed till now ( May)  is 21629

is this means 33070 - 21629 = 11441 cases  still left in front of me ?

Thank you very much

no those numbers are the total in front of you, Obllak keeps the backlog updated so you don't subtract anything

Dec will likely start in Oct-Nov but approvals will be from start month + 2-3more for the bulk

also they have 'estimated time' Look at Nov ETA and that's prob when they'll be into Dec
Else look at Dec and subtract about 2months from estimate for when they'll start Dec

Seems pretty accurcate all to me, I wonder if they start may here this week or beginning of next week, how much further they'll push honestly. At this rate I am wondering if they do start May here this week or next, if we can actually expect our NOA2 in October/November fully ❤️ Would be nice ALSO CONGRATZ @Bh_sarah I JUST SAW UR APPROVAL AS WELL ❤️ FINALLY!! SO HAPPY FOR U!! ❤️

Can you explain to me what this means because it’s kind of confusing lol. There are so many different “estimated” times and some numbers are bolded. I’m a November filer so just curious what this means for me because my range isn’t yet listed on there 🥴

the numbers at the top are how many are processed per month, two are highlighted because we're somewhere between 5000-5500 at the moment. You then look at the Nov row and that's how many months until they would finish your month if they processed in order.
So to get when they start a month, minus 2months. So for Nov they'll start in about 4-4.6months at CURRENT speed

The bold numbers are roughly their current pace of processing, so for a November 2022 filer, if current trends continue, you're looking at about 6-6.6 months from today before they move on from your month. Basically you can roughly expect a decision anywhere between 4-7 months from today. (And in my opinion it's more likely to be on the shorter end of that range.)

Nov is more like 4 to 4.5 months away from starting. Because there is roughly 2 to 2.5 months on the estimated wait time before they start processing said month. For example, they are getting ready to start May at any moment and they are 2 to 2.5 months from being completely finished with May.

That's pretty much what I said - I might have worded it poorly. I said 6-6.6 months until they finish November (at least excluding the worst outliers), which means about 4-4.5 months before they start it.
