Number of cases processed hit new high!

I've been tracking the daily case completed numbers from the Lawfully dashboard. I think it's useful to see some of the processing trends. What is standing out to me right now is this trend of denials happening for the August 2022 filers (65 denials since last week). On Tuesday there were also 10 June filers with "Termination Notice Sent", which isn't a status I'm familiar with.

I really like the layout & visuals of the Lawfully dashboard and the level of information it shows, but it doesn't exactly match Obllak's numbers. Where there are differences, I would defer to their Obllak's spreadsheet instead of the Lawfully dashboard because we have more information on the underlying data. The Lawfully numbers also change daily and disappear after 3 days.

I think it boils down maybe to system lags or maybe their definition of case complete? Crazy to see they worked more on denials in August 22 than on Feb 22 :( And I've seen terminated cases that happened to be "case close benefit received by other means" (K3s) before, but some go straight to termination. If you search for lawfully case status on the 'benefit received by other means' for 129-f, it says 100% become terminated after 51 days avg, but not super sure how they get those stats either.

February 2022 I-129F K1 Case Status Spreadsheet can be found here.
NVC Timelines spreadsheet can be found here.
NOA1:
Feb 22nd, 2022 | NOA2: May 12th, 2023 (444 days) | NVC Received: July 3rd, 2023 (52 days) | Case number: Aug 2nd, 2023 (82 days) | In Transit: Aug 15th, 2023 (95 days)  | Ready: Aug 17th, 2023 | Medical: Sep 22nd, 2023 | Interview: Sep 26th, 2023

I checked out this website, who ever is running it, the  data presented here is from uscis data. and  they made  a graph from  it.

compared to the graph here in vj, data are gathered from members input.  this is what I observed.

all in all, its good to have additional source we can get for precise count...

I'm not seeing Thursday's numbers yet on Obllak's where are you seeing them?

Pulling it now! Until 29th of March reports are going to be later in the day, due to traveling. From that point on, we are going back to daily reports around 11 a.m. CET :)
