People may have given up realising they didn't have the evidence needed. I have no idea how long they hold a document for. I've seen 'held for 180 days' pop up with no idea what it refers too. Maybe that's the window before it's dumped? Maybe they're just not going back to confirm they need deletion as they're overworked so not a priority?

I thought so too, but these cases are held for more than 500 days already since the status was changed. At this point I am leaning more towards them just not doing anything with them and leave them as they are.

Yeah maybe they'll go back and clean them up. Could any of these be cases transferred to vermont? I know that's a longer process usually

Status should say transferred, except if they did transferred it without doing any changes on the status. I haven't came across of this situation yet. I am curious if someone ever had any changes on the status (got e-mail or letter), but their USCIS status wasn't changed according to those changes.

I think I have seen someone in a FB group saying they got an EMAIL about the interview, but didn't even know what was happening, so I assumed they didnt even know their status was changed? Unless they were just clumsy and didn't check or smth haha.

Just checked VJ timeline again and it went from early May -> late March 2024🥳 (late January 2023 NOA1)

Maybe its too much to hope for it to move down to Jan/Feb 2024, but let's see!

@Obllak question for you, would it be possible to add a column in the "Total Cases" tab on the spreadsheet that reflects the percentage of cases "Touched" (RFE, RFER, Pending) & "Processed" (Approved, Denied, Withdrawn)? Because we could then have a good idea of when USCIS might be moving onto the next month for processing. I wonder if it's that magically 80% number that USCIS likes to go off of for some reason? Also, do you have a CashApp?

January is one of the months with the fewest filers - that is why it's already low. Total filers were 3280 compared to 4425 in March 22 for instance.
