Yeah girl it sure was Vermont. I was looking a little more closely. It’s definitely odd for sure. She’s in the K-1 Visa-Visa Journey group. The one with the Stars and Stripes as the cover photo.

Ah ty. My friend is curious if it's an error but maybe it was something up at Vermont. Like sent they're accidentally and due to lack of criminal issues they could process it quickly? It's def not the norm or that likely to happen again unless they've started spreading case load

I do wonder, I remember hearing somewhere but sometimes they touch cases, so the time does not go higher for stats...could that be true or be BS? :0

If they have started to spread the case load, I would think that is excellent news.

I heard same but I think that's why they're currently in Nov and Dec cases when Oct still has a lot to process (and sept too) so they're processing at 14months on paper.

The range is now 14-16months (with outliers) so on paper they may look like their times have improved even though it hasnt quite

Well their speed in increasing, but I wonder if their speed is increasing plus cases from super far in 2022 if they try to basically *manipulate* the stats...this way they COULD kinda...make the times faster when we randomly see more cases pop up like this. Another thing could be that the person is working a job in need/military/vet anything like this I wonder  I cant believe they'd up this badly. Happy for the person approved tho! But suppper weird!

I don't know if they'd get away with skipping ahead. It'd be blatantly obvious if suddenly there was a spike at 6month. Spreading from oct to dec as their focus is still a reasonable process. If they could just skip ahead to look good theyd prob have started with that 😂

I wonder how they track their internal stats? I would think that they use multiple stats (aggregate, moving avg, by month, etc). Very strange though, do we know if the case was always in Vermont or was it transferred? But this goes to show that their is an off chance that it could pop at anytime.

So looked at post she got 'a new centre has jurisdiction' which I've seen cropping up in scans....i wonder if they're slowly spreading case load??

That or what I've seen are criminal cases.

Gonna be an interesting couple of months

Interesting... something to keep our eyes on this next quarter to see if this was a one off, or if there was a change in SOP.

The chaos is some get 6 months while others get 14. Esp if 2022 filers start beating 2021
