N-400 Application - Crimes and Offenses

As I fill out my application I have to complete this section and this has been the one that messes me up every time I have attempted to file.

I was arrested on suspicion of DUI in November 2013, booked into county and released later that morning.

I was convicted of misdemeanor wet reckless, given 2 years probation and completed that with no more incidents.

I have all the court records/probation notices etc but am unsure how to complete the section as it seems like a repeat of the previous one.

For the arrest section do I JUST put the arrest information only or the entire case?

For the charged with a crime section, do I include the arrest information or just the misdemeanor charges from court docs?

Basically is every section on this the same and needs to be identical each time?

I-751 Application - Nov 26, 2012.
NOA - Nov 27, 2012.
Bio Appointment Dec 31, 2012.
New Appointment Jan 8, 2013.

I-751 Removal of Conditions - Approved May 28 2013

Green Card Production notice - June 13 2013

Green Card Received - June 20, 2013

Citizenship Application - January 17, 2023

Really surprised no one has any advice for filling this out, I am always anxious about this section as it brings back painful memories and I know I have to complete and want to make sure I fill it out correctly so as not to hurt my citizenship chance.

Mark Yes from 22-28. In arrest section you only have ONE entry date of arrest , DUI and date of disposition for misdemeanor wet and reckless .
Last page say : My one and only contact w law enforcement was on xyz , attached are copies of the Court Disposition and completion of all terms.

Don’t let it stop you from going through the application this time.

Thanks. I have been putting each date of each section based on my court records so hopefully I have it all in the right order.

Thanks for the ending sentence as well, that's a good point to put in.
