Probably January 2023,  keep on eye on your USCIS account.  Also technically he did not apply for a green card for you,  all he does is prove you are eligible to get a green card.

My husband (US Citizen) applied for my green card in last February 2022 under Texas office but our case is not moving at all. Presently I am living in India.
now we are worried about the time they are taking.

If anyone got any response from USCIS matching to our case please revert.

You mean he filed an I-130?    The average time for I-130 processing at TSC (for other VJ members) is 385 days.  You are in normal processing time.  The entire process from filing to having the visa in hand will be 18-24 months.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
