NVC doesn't know if they received petition from USCIS

 I-797 notice date was Nov 4th 2022, 

 

12/15/2022 Used AskNVC inquiry web form,

response: NVC has not received your petition from USCIS.

 

12/19/2023 Emailed NVCReseach,

response: NVC recently received your visa petition from USCIS, your petition is now waiting for data entry into our systems. 

 

12/15/2022 Used AskNVC inquiry web form,

response: Our records do not show that we received your petition.

1/13/2023 Emailed NVCReseach,

response: NVC recently received your visa petition from USCIS, your petition is now waiting for data entry into our systems.

this 3rd inquiry, date was actually 01/12/2023 not 12/15/2022

petition was sent to NVC to be entered into their computers which is being done

u will receive case # (when that is done )  for the India embassy (MBM if its Mumbai)

then case is sent to India for it to be scheduled (long wait time at that embassy)
