i am here in the U.S but when i have medical exam at SLMEC... they told me that i need to have injection here the U.S caz deptheria is not available in philippines?

You should be able to get your injections here in the States. Most recommend getting them in your country of origin because they are generally cheaper.

You are required to have all necessary vaccinations. You need to show proof in order to adjust your status.

Np problema at ALL as TD vaccine isn't available in the Philippines as you said, Go to your local health department and get one.
