I recall there was a document in past which listed all the oath ceremony dates in Houston. I can't find it online anymore.

My mother is approved for naturalization after the interview. She has to travel overseas to attend a wedding. Thus we want to plan accordingly so that we do not miss the oath ceremony.

The old doc you reffered to are judicial oath ceremonies, more reserved for folks with name change requests. USCIS generally does not publish a calendar of administrative ceremonies which are far more frequent. Unless your mother has requested a name change, she will generally be tagged to an administrative ceremony.

When I got my citizenship nearly 6 years ago, there was a list floating online which indeed listed the dates of oath ceremonies. I think you are referring to these ceremonies as administrative ceremonies.

Many of these were a part of USCIS local engagements where some local law group would submit questions on dates of oath ceremonies. This is from what I recall in pre-COVID era.

yeah those things dont exist anymore. There is no official publication (unless you can wing it inside USCIS) that lets you know the dates. It's more word of mouth from other interview folks who may manage to snag a response from a knowledgeable officer if they happen to know. Or it's one of those big date ceremonies (like July 4) which are advertised ahead.
