Yes it took me a couple of tries to get it to go through. I’d suggest trying the Microsoft Edge browser if you haven’t already, that did the trick for me.

thank you

Is anyone in this group DQ’d but still waiting on an interview appointment? It’s been over 6 weeks since DQ and still waiting on the Dublin embassy. It’s so frustrating that no info is available regarding the wait times for immigrant interviews! I did email the NVC to see if they’d share what dates the embassy is currently scheduling for but got nowhere.

As per the timelines posted in this forum, it seems it takes minimum 8 weeks to get IL mail from NVC after DQed.

We filed I-130 for my wife's son on January 22, 2023 and we are still waiting for the approval.  He is 28 years old unmarried.

I have no idea what's taking so long so I thought I would come back to this site and see if there are others in this position.

Is there anything we can do?

I'm in much the same position - also filed for my adult unmarried stepson in Jan 2023 and the online status is the same as yours.

Most of the participants here are for spouses which has much shorter processing time compared to an adult child - for an adult child it takes a few years and there isn't much you can do about that.

I know it's been a few weeks since you asked this, but thought I'd pop in to say that I've been DQ since Jan 2 and waiting on the Cambodia embassy for an interview going on 3 months this week. 😓

Ugh I’m sorry. We’re still waiting too. Hoping I’ll hear this week maybe since it’s the start of a new month, but who knows at this rate.
