Hello guys..  I need an answer please  🙏

Am a US citizen, I filed for my minor daughter, we are currently at the NVC I have submitted all the evidences and everything was accepted but I got rfe saying I need to submit i 864W. My question is, why did NVC asked me to submit i 864W and what is the proof about? Thank you.

What version of the I864 did you already upload to CEAC?

The I 864w must be used if the intending immigrant is a minor child of the petitioner and meets the requirements to be granted US citizenship immediately on arrival into the US using the IR2 visa

I uploaded the i 864 at nvc portal but it is rejected and they as me to submit the i 864W

NVC is assessing your daughter as being eligible to become a USC on her arrival in the US .. so you must submit the I864w which is the exemption from sponsorship. Fill out the form. Collect the required documentation. Upload as indicated. Done

Thank you so much. So should I enter my daughter's details not me as the petitioner.  And should I sign the form after filling it out.

Thank you sir. I have filed out the form and I have uploaded the form but am having an issue that pressed the submit button but it does not go true, what can I do to make sure the submit button works? Thanks

Cant help sorry. But try looking over the form again ..often the inability to submit is because there is some required info missing or in the wrong format.. sometimes its as simple as not checking a box or missing the date etc

Yes I was able to figured it out and I have now submitted it,  do you think they will review the form and give quickly or I will have to wait the nvc time frame.

After her visa is issued do not pay the   immigrant fee at https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-fees/uscis-immigrant-fee

She will never an LPR so she doesn’t need a green card. Instead schedule her U.S. passport appointment (to take place in the U.S.)  once she has her visa and plane ticket in hand.

Thank you so much for the information,  so I do not need to pay her green card, I would only need to schedule for her US passport once she arrives in the US?

Yes correct. She automatically gets Citizenship after entry so she skips the whole LPR status. She needs to then get  a US passport

no.

Schedule her before she arrives so that appointment happens a day after  she arrives.  Her endorsed  immigration visa is evidence to be used for getting her passport. Unfortunately she has to send her passport with the passport application   Make copies of her passport, visa, and endorsement before going to the passport appointment.
