Has anyone had this issue, I filed my AOS in December of last year and have yet to receive any text or mail with receipt number  I’ve seen person who filed in January and got there info in a couple days. I’m hoping this doesn’t mean my docs been lost in the pile 😢

Do you mean you filed AOS in December 2022? I've heard of some cases taking 6 weeks to get NOA1.

Did you send by FedEx, UPS, DHL or US postal? With signed receipt?

Did you check if your payment has been cashed?

Is the check from a US bank?

The next thing to look for is when your check gets cashed.

I would give it a few more weeks, and monitor when the check gets cashed.

You can maybe double check how you wrote your check and filed your fee?
