I submitted my parents adjustment of status forms I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-130. Unfortunately, I used old version of I-485 and my application returned new version changed on 12/23/22. We already filled updated version I-485 form and I am ready to send adjustment of status packet to USCIS. My question is all other forms have serial number included at the bottom including the I-693 which is now no longer in sealed envelop. Do we have to print out all other forms and send a new copy and request a doctor to give us a sealed copy of the I-693 form or should we send all other forms and documents which have a serial numbers allotted by USCIS attached at the bottom? I highly appreciate your response and help.

You need a new I-693

You can reuse other forms, provided they're not outdated

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.
