I have a silly question, so I made it to the state feb 2021 and when I was issued my residency card I had expiration date of ten years, does that mean I'm good on removing conditions or should I still file soon?

If you were properly issued a 10 year card, there is no need to remove conditions.  How long were you married as of the day you entered the US?

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

If you were married for at least 2 years when you entered the US with your spousal visa, then you were correctly issued a 10 year Green Card.  No removal of conditions required.

https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=379954 (which is your timeline) says:

Marriage (if applicable): 2019 11 11

Visa Received : 2021-01-19

The latest you could have entered the U.S. is 2021-07-19 (assuming a medical the day of the interview).

If 2019-11-11 is the correct date of marriage, then if you entered the U.S. on 2021-07-19 or earlier,  you were married just 616 days  (or less) which is less than 2 years. So you need to file I-751.

If 2018-11-11 if the correct date of marriage, then if you entered the U.S. on 2021-01-19 or later, , you were married 800 days (or more), which is more than 800 days. So you do not need to file I-751

It all comes down to when you were married.

It's not confusing if you only use one wedding date. You are using two different dates, one in 2019 (that's what's in your timeline) and one in 2018 (that's what you use in this thread). That's why people are asking when you got married, as you have stated two different dates and they are a whole year apart.

I assume you just made a mistake with the date in your timeline.

AOS: 12-20-2016 - 07-26-2017

ROC: 04-22-2019 - 04-22-2020
