Awaiting AoS, in Need of Hospital Visit

I usually politely decline to give my SSN to medical providers.  They used to use it as a identifier, but very few now do.  It's not a good idea from an identity theft perspective. No one has insisted they need it, so I think you'll be fine (if you're worried about the SSN)

On J visas.  Spouse won DV lottery while in US.  Did AOS from the US.

 

Boston field office, GC holder for 10 years.

Citizenship received in 2016, took ~5 months from application to passport.

Spouse received citizenship in 2019

  Vertigo is caused by crystals breaking loose in the inner ear  and the treatment is not painful but realigns these crystals 

the PT can show the person how to treat at home but basically the PT will lay her down on table with head over the edge turned in direction of the ear with problems and hold it there for about 5 minutes 

 

other than vertigo,  eye, ear and nose dr  needs to assess her

Same. Even my insurance doesn't have it..
