This is also why USCIS want to see a payment plan with IRS for those who owe backtaxes - it shows good moral, that you are doing what's right. 

 

So yes, definitely upload once the transcript is available. And like Crazy Cat said, you can easily upload both your and your husband's transcripts in case you decide to file separately.

And how would you do that because if we try to do that with our online account, it only let us send messages for the applications that were filed online like I-551, N400. There is no option in inbox to send message for I-751. I am also waiting to have my I-751 transferred like other people had their already.

Idk maybe raise a SR? But the thing is there is not a SR to transfer cases

Yeah. I dont know. I am also wondering how some people get their i 751 transferred. I applied on 23rd jan and still waiting for my I751 transfer. Dont know how uscis works

Did you include a letter in N-400 requesting the transfer and combo interview? I suspect many of those who got transferred were either lucky or they included a letter.

My application is still on “actively being reviewed” after my biometrics on Feb 6th . I thought by now I’d have an interview date!

My wife's has been on "actively being reviewed" since Jan. 6th so not sure why you'd think you'd have an interview date by now. Not saying ours has any more priority than yours.....just going purely off of dates. 

 

They re-used my wife's biometrics from the I-751. 

 

We're not expecting to get notice for an interview date for at least another few months.

We did not include a letter and I don't believe luck has anything to do with it.

 

My assumption is that cases are linked in some fashion, how?, I have no idea...but there has to be a link somehow. 

 

My wife's I-751 was transferred within a day of submitting her N-400....and lots of others have experienced the same so I highly doubt it is just coincidence.
