I'd say the chances are about 1%.  When it comes to evidence of a bona fide marriage, there is no set number of required documents.  I would that Immigration Officers are more professional than you assume.  The ones I have met during interviews are.

Required documents are specified the instructions of the form N400, also in the letter with the date of the interview, you can find a list of required documents.

You can bring all other documents if you deem it necessary but uploading them to naturalisation petition doesn’t make any sense.

Naturalization process it’s not about your bona fide marriage.

 I-751 - is about it!

The N-400 under the 3 year rule is very much about your bonafide marriage. And the rest if the "scenarios" that you paint make no sense at all.

They WANT the documents electronically, not only do we see this by USCIS starting to make more forms available for online filing, but they also mention this at many of the interviews they have with people, me included.

They don't want the hassle of having to go scan the documents you bring to the interview, they very much prefer if you have already done that work for them, ie already uploaded them in their system so they don't have to.

And no, they will not "close" your file and move on to another because you have uploaded two new utility bills each month. 😆

It makes perfect sense to upload documents prior to the interview.  Under the 3-year rule,  you must provide evidence of bona fide relationship .....and @Rocio0010 is filing under the 3-year rule.  You need to study the process.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Again. You MUST provide evidence of bona fide  which they ask for in instruction N-400 and interview letter (without touching I-751).

It's not about you bank statements or TV bill, or Lease agreement. IO don't care about it, and why that is not required.

That part belong to ROC process

Don't give more information about yourself than they ask.

If they need additional evidence they can ask about it through RFE or interview.

No need to create additional work for officers and waist their time to check your electricity bill. What Im talking about.

AGAIN, Bona fide relationship evidence is needed for an N-400 filed under the 3 year rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  The OP for this thread filed the N-400 under the 3 year rule!!!!   Your advice for this OP is inaccurate.

The online N-400 instructions specifically ask filers under the 3 year rule to add evidence of marriage. Additionally, the N-400 instructions include the following:

(1) Evidence that your spouse has been a U.S. citizen for at least 3 years at the time you file your Form N-400. Such evidence may include: a birth certificate (if your spouse never lost U.S. citizenship since birth), Certificate of Naturalization, Certificate of Citizenship, or Form FS-240 Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America;

(2) Evidence of the termination of all your prior marriages; and

(3) Evidence that you and your spouse have lived in marital union for at least 3 years at the time you file your Form N-400. Such evidence may include: (a) Joint bank and credit card statements; (b) Leases or mortgages; (c) Birth certificates of children; (d) Insurance policies; and (e) Internal Revenue Service (IRS)-certified copies of the income tax forms that you and your spouse filed for the past 3 years (or an IRS tax return transcript for the last 3 years).

You are spreading bad information by saying that USCIS doesn't care about bank statements or lease agreements. Both of these types of evidence are specifically mentioned above.

Thank you for your input, but again, you’re mistaken. If one’s filing under the theee year rule like I am, then part of your evidence is the joint bills/ statements/ deeds and lease. This is a continuation of the 751. And why would I risk getting an RFE
Anyways my question has been answered

Hopefully you’ll pass your interview without any RFEs.
It’s actually point 3 and it doesn’t say “or”.
I am very confident about the evidence I submitted.
And actually your statement is misleading because some of us will not have a tax return transcript maybe even for the interview because of the April 15th deadline, so by your judgment if I upload a tax return transcript by the 14th then I don’t need a bank statement.

And if I have both and nothing to hide, why wouldn’t I upload it? Officers are more professional than what you give them credit for

Yes I saw it! But it's about what you can BRING to interview! He/She cut the first sentence. But we talking about what is the reason to upload more not required documents.

If you open official document  Document Check list N400  you can see

□ Documents referring to you and your spouse:

a. Tax returns, bank accounts, leases, mortgages, or birth certificates of children; OR b. Internal Revenue Service (IRS)-certified copies of the income tax forms that you both filed for the past 3 years;

OR c. An IRS tax return transcript for the last 3 years.

They don't need all that documents!
