This is my first time applying for a U.S. passport. I will have my passport appt at a local USPS on Thursday Jan 12.

This is my checklist of the documents I will bring with me. Did I miss anything?

1. DS-11 filled out and printed. The instruction pages are not necessary, right?

2. Money order for the US Department of State with the correct amount of $$

3. Passport photos

4. Evidence of US citizenship: My original Certificate of Naturalization and a photocopy

5. ID: My original State ID (I don’t drive hence the State ID) and a photocopy
