The subject of classified documents being unsecured was known prior to the election.  Why didn't Merrick Garland take action back then?  He needs to be fired or impeached for letting this debacle continue for months.

Why did Biden's lawyers have access to the documents?  Were they properly cleared for the level of classification of said documents?  If not, they should be facing prison time as well.

 

 Joe didn't have the right to take these documents and he admitted on national tv that he took them and thus committed a felony. He stole them. And as such he needs too be prosecuted. He won't be any more than Garland will be impeached, but he should be.

Yes, considering it appears the documents were not just sitting in a box collecting dust as they found some in Joe’s personal library in the house.  Joe’s next profession, the Johnny Appleseed of US classified documents.

Had they pointed out that he's often confused as to who is president of the US today, or that he cannot remember what he had for breakfast, their story would have had more merit.
