There's no country which has expensive Medicare than US. So, if you're trying to use your situation to get a faster route to US, think twice. It's not a good idea.

And I agree with everything @Carlos.Brazil said.

Wanna know how expensive it is? I went to the dentist 1 month ago and they never did anything other than take a scan. After insurance did their bit, I paid $300 out of pocket. My teeth weren't fixed. I was in an out in 10 mins. Just the $300 alone could have solved issues if I'd have gone outside the country. Doctors charge for anything here, even breathing in their office. So, go somewhere else. US isn't that rosy.

Did you by any chance mention to your doctor that you have a US petition or want to obtain a B-2 to go to US or something? I really doubt if he just blatantly told you to go to US, out of the blues. A lot of USC here are going to M.East and Italy for Healthcare.

Exactly! I was speaking to a friend a few days ago, she said she went to the dentist and they sent her to a specialist which wanted to charge $17,000 USD for a lot of stuff she didn't even need. She ended up going to Brazil for the holidays and decided to go to the dentist there. They took care of her for $300!😵

$17K? 😬

Yap. I think OP here wants to milk the situation with hindsight of trying to get them to US quickly. I don't know why people do that.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

And how to formulate my situation so that my petition is approved?

They don’t expedite petitions for beneficiaries and care nothing about how much better off you say you would be in the US.

They expedite petitions based on issues related to petitioners and nothing you describe here appears to solve or address irreparable harm to the US petitioner.  Sorry dude.

Im going to be 100% honest with all of us.

im at NVC stage Unmarried son of LPR under 21 (im 20), i really dont have a emergency for request an expedite but in tired of wait, economic problems, cant get a job, my country is worst every day and i wanna leave. Backlogs here for Consulate Appoiment is 2-3 years.

And this is one of the problems with expedites lately. Too many people are requesting. Now expedite request are taking long time to get responses. There was a point where requesting an expedite was advised as an option. But we are seeing more expedites being denied. Probably for the reason of frivolous requests. You are not alone in your feelings.

You ever heard the phrase, "You are not stuck in traffic...you are part of it."

How i can make a valid expedite being the beneficiary, what reason i can use i can get doctor letters, police letters and lot of thing because i have a lot of family and friends who can help me but i want help, what reason i can use for request an expedite i can do anything for get proof.

You can't show what you don't have. You can show those things you listed but they are not considered a valid reason. And you certainly can not make up an emergency situation. Technically, all you can do is apply with what you have and see.

please understand me and dont judge me for this im just trying be honest with us and see how this forum can help me.

No judgement from me. You are on a site where everyone has the same sentiment..."tired of waiting". You are free to apply for an expedite. Just do not get your hopes up about it. There are also threads here where people share tips and advice on how to overcome the anxiousness of waiting. But for now, the only help you can get with an expedite is, "file and see". There is no magic formula of evidence we can provide you. If it was a legit emergency like medical reasons then obviously there would be more to the answer.

We can’t help you with a lie.
First off, you don’t have an emergency.

Second, if you did have an emergency, the US is super expensive.
Third, you’re not a USC or a PR They don’t care about your health.

OP

Basically u r not a USC or LPR and have no rights in the US

u r not even guaranteed a visa (as said on the USCIS website and the receipt for the I  130)

many countries its hard to find a job but what are u qualified to do?

Education counts big here or u can be stuck in a low paying boring job

Never use this approach with immigration (lying about a medical condition) as that is a life time bar

be truthful
