i need help to fill for my fiance. i am us citizen and my fiance is overseas. What is the right form and how to do it?

K1 is no longer the best (fastest way ) to get this done

if u can return to marry,   i advise it

 

 the new proposed AOS fees after the immigrant arrives and marries   is suppose to go  from $1225 to over $2000 by the time u would do this part of the process
