Hello, I'm Trying to get a little jump start on some of the paper work that my fiancée well need after she receives packets 3/4 I will be going back to Vietnam this July to help her with all of this. But of Course I need some help Also. So for these are some of the question that I'm having problems with. and there might be more later.

DS-156 Do I need to fill one for her and one for her daughter Or just 1 for my fiancée?

Question on line 22. We don't know a date, so we just leave it blank? When Do You Intend To Arrive In The U.S.?

Question on line 32. She wants to work but no employer, so do we just leave it blank? Do You Intend To Work in The U.S.? (If YES, give the name and complete address of U.S. employer.)

Question on line 37 This one is confusing for me. Are Any of The Following Persons in The U.S., or Do They Have U.S. Legal Permanent Residence or U.S. Citizenship?

Mark YES or NO and indicate that person's status in the U.S. (i.e., U.S. legal permanent resident, U.S. citizen, visiting, studying, working, etc.).

DS-230 Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration, Part I (Biographic Data) When will part II be completed?

Yes, her daughter needs to attend too. If her daughter has a passport tell her to bring it.

I am also wondering for a K1 Visa applicant, what forms of documents do you need to bring with you when you go pay 100 USD to Citibank for the MRV fee? I suppose they will give you some type of receipt back after you pay also. Thanks.
