I am searching here around, and cannot find what I am locking for. So now I am here again. Has somebody experience with the Frankfurt timeline, like how long will it take to get an appointment for the interview. And who has filed 601 and is waiting or approved already. Our case is still by NVC but slowly moving forward ...Thanks to all

HI, I don't know how long it takes to get an interview. However our I-601 was forwarded from Vienna, Austria on June 12, 2007 to be adjudicated. We had my local congressman send an inquiry to them on our behalf the beginning of August, 2007. On August 8th they emailed the congressmans office back and said it was received on July 20, 2007 and would be adjudicated within 60-90 days. Well lucky for us it didn't take them that long. We got an approval letter in the mail (hubbys address in Czech Republic) on August 14, 2007. The letter was dated for August 9, 2007 (the day after our congressman got a reply from them). So, they are very fast with adjudicating the I-601 and I-212. I did read on this site somewhere that it took about a month or two to get their interview date. So once NVC forwards it unto Frankfurt, you wont need to wait much longer!

Also, at the time of my husbands interview in Czech Republic, they didn't make us pay the I-212, only the I-601 filing fee. Hope this helps you out! Best of luck to you!

Kerri

We emailed Frankfurt today regarding our I-601 waiver that was sent to their office from Vienna, Austria on June 12, 2007 (due to backlog and faster processing time in Frankfurt). Frankfurt sent an email back to us stating they received our waiver and that it would be adjudicated within the next 60-90 days. Does this seem right to anyone? Everything that we have read online says they are fast to process thier waivers and have a good approval record. Please help, we were hoping my husband would be able to go to the states with us by the end of August 2007. We see no reason why they would deny the waiver. We have proven extreme hardship by letters from ourselves, our lawyer, friends, family and doctors. Also, my husband only had a 3 year bar and that has already passed. He also has no criminal record, just overstayed less than a year and work illegaly.

Also, we posted on immigrate2us regarding this matter and are awaiting messages. Where can we find the spreadsheet on the processing times for those people that have gone through Frankfurt. Thanks!

Hello Paul and Kerri, do you have any response on your I-601 already. I have to go also through Frankfurt, and would like to know how long you waiting already , maybe you have your approval already.HOPEFULLY

We just filed I-601 waiver at Warsaw, Poland last week. They said it will be sent to Viena, Austria to review. Does anyone have any experiences with Viena office? Any one has a timeline of their I601 waiver being approved there?

Thanks
