Cr1- interview- How to present pictures (merged)

So my husband lives in South Africa . I am the US citizen . I had a question on how to prepare pictures for the interview . We are only 8 months into USCIS review . So we got time .

we file June 12 of last year and prior to filing we physically met 6 times already. I flew to SA.

After filing we met two more times. Once  In SA and then  we met up in Thailand for honeymoon.

when preparing for interview should I prepare the pictures in order by trip 1-8  or does it matter  or Just put marriage pictures and honeymoon pictures first?I am getting mix answers. Some people say you want to show how your relationship evolved. Others say you want to show the importance first . The first time when we met physically we were only friends On trip 1.

other question

I thought about putting all pics in a whole doc and just clip them all together. Instead of putting them in album is that fine ?

Any suggestions

Don't overthink the small stuff.  You don't need a lot of pictures.  The CO won't have time to look through an album or even more than a couple pages.   Concentrate on quality, not quantity.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Rarely do IO look at pictures. Stronger evidence is boarding passes, entry stamps from time together  Go for quality over quantity.  6 photos per page , location and date, 2-3 pages ..

We just made a few pages like a photo collage with different themes, typed a few notes over relevant pictures and printed it all on a color LaserJet printer.  Our goal was not so much to document specific details but rather to show happy smiley faces together in a wide variety of circumstances, places and times.  Anyone could casually glance at those pages for 10 seconds and surmise that there's a genuine happy family together.

A FEW important pictures are more than enough. Order of pictures  is irrelevant.

Did you use a app for the photo collage ?

I just copied and pasted a few per page using Microsoft Word.

I used Libre Office Writer https://www.libreoffice.org/ since it was easy to drag and size photos into a collage and write over them.  I've heard of others using PowerPoint which may be more mainstream.  Just save it as a PDF and print it in color. 3 or 4 printed pages with a bunch of little pictures is much less cumbersome and may make a more immediate visual impact than any kind of album.

That’s very true.
