My wife visa I-130 had been approved by USCIS on June 21, 2022. Apparently, I became US Citizen just 3 days before the approval. So, the case got automatically converted from F2A to IR1. We submitted all the documents NVC asked in August and got DQ'ed by September 29, 2022. Since then we are waiting to receive Interview Letter. I tried to expedite by emailing NVCExpedite@state.gov, but it was denied. Then I tried expediting directly by AskNVC link and filled the form. It was also denied. Today marks 98th days since we DQ'ed. Cannot go through this every day. Mind you, my PD was 02-13-2020. So, almost 3 years since I filed for her.

As an IR case, your PD is irrelevant.  The relevant date is your DQ date.  Once DQ'd, the case was placed at the back of the queue for your consulate at NVC.  Once your case reaches the front of the queue, NVC will schedule the interview, notify you, then send the case to your consulate.  Sometimes, it can take several months or longer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

*** Moved from NVC forum to Embassy/Consulate Discussion -- OP's wife's case is already DQ, and interview scheduling varies by consulate, not an NVC issue ***

I assume you're waiting on IL from the consulate in Mumbai, as your VJ profile indicates India.  If so, you may have to wait around 6 months more or so.  Mumbai has just sent out ILs for cases DQ March 2022, based on the updates in the thread below --
