We've been getting Case FE for evidence of income on CEAC portal. Here's the facts of income we have submitted so far
The sponsor 2021 tax transcript exceeds the requirement poverty guideline, also the sponsor is a self employed sole proprietor. We have uploaded last 6 months of bank statements and they are all accepted. We had also added a household member
Submitted w2 and paystubs with a letter why didn't have filled taxes
We also added a letter that explains why the sponsor hasn't had w2 neither 1099.
What should we do?
Every time we submit evidence we get FE EVIDENCE OF INCOME.

My guess: the W2 from the household member threw them off.  They probably reviewed it as a normal employee based sponsorship, and they want the W2 from the sponsor as well.

From my understanding, someone who is self employed should provide the evidence required (tax statements) and not mix it up with household members.

We did the best we can do to provide all the necessary financial docs. They have approved everything we provided but still getting FE evidence of income for both the sponsor and the household member.
