I want to live in the US! How to change status from tourist to resident.

Hello, i want to immigrate from Morocco to the US, and I am thinking that the only way possible for me is applying for Tourist Visa and once I enter USA, I change my status in order to become resident. I have a nice job (pharmacist) so the tourist visa is easy for me to get. Can you tell me plz about the process for change of status and how easy it is. Thanks

That is 100% immigration FRAUD, and it is illegal.

What you are saying has fraud written all over it. How you are thinking about it is not how it's done. You can't just enter as tourist and adjust somehow; that's fraud.

 

If you want to migrate to the US you need family or employer to petition/sponsor you.

You can also migrate as an investor or through dv lottery.

It is fraud if you apply for a tourist visa with the intent of staying. You won't be able to change your status from a tourist to a resident, the only feasible options are if you get married (legit marriage) or DV lottery.
