I am looking at my sweetheart right now as he sleeps. We have had a tough couple of days, but he never faltered or wavered or stopped loving me. I am appalled at the way I behaved and he has forgiven me and told me that he will be with me as long as he lives. Over pizza, we were laughing and talking about some of the things posted here on VJ and he was really saddened. He said honey, a man that will not support his children is worse than an infidel. I cannot imagine having to start a website to get donations to help feed or provide for any future children. It is truly sad and shocking and that just goes to show, before you reproduce with a man make sure you know what you are dealing with because there is no going back on another human being,but a bad marriage we can almost certainly walk away from.

The best way I have found to preserve roses is to string a piece of thread thru the stem and let them dry out in the air. They will be fragile, but craft stores have a liqiid ceramic substance that will actually not change the rose in color, but will make it stronger and it should last a lifetime. I also have a rose that was set in acrylic and I use it as a paper weight, Just an idea.

She's right. You might want to get them out of the bag ASAP because they could mold. Air drying them is much better. I've dried flowers before and I used to put them in a storage warm that did not have A/C in it. To perserve the bloom, it's best if you can hang them upside down.

ooops....i was going to take them out and now the smell is horrible.....i placed them in the bag just this morning...they started turning gold...i think i will just have to throw them away now...

There has been many special moments that my husband has said or done something for me but there is one that sticks in my mind and that is when I was leaving Kuwait to come back to the U.S.A to start this visa process and we were in the airport and it was time for me to catch my flight and reality kicked in that I wasn't going to see Hassan for awhile and I started crying and he held me close and he looked into in my eyes and he said "I will kiss every tear from your eyes." I will never forget how I felt when he said that to me, it made our love grow even stronger than it already was. After he said that it made me start crying even more so with him trying to make me stop crying it actually made me cry even worse I keep dreaming of the day we will be reunited again.

That's sweet.

My husband watches me sleep sometimes but I get a little freaked out to open my eyes and find him staring at me. Yesterday I fell asleep on the couch but woke up when I heard his camera (on his cell) flash. He was taking photos of me sleeping! Freak!!!!

I think the fuzziest or "mushy" memory I have is waking up to find my husband looking at me and telling me he was watching me sleep, because he wants this memory to think about after I have come back to US.

I'm usually the one doing the watching...but I do it when he's awake and he told me he misses it.

He apparently did the same thing, the morning after he proposed he woke me up by tracing my fingers with his, starting with my ring finger

We used to play songs for each other on the phone when we were in high school...you know...back when calling him didn't cost a cent because he lived 6 miles up the road!!!

When he picked me up at the airport we were both wearing each other's favorite shirts from when we were in high school and he had like a dozen roses and a stuffed animal...

There are soooooo many things but if I keep writing I might just turn into a pile of mush.

Honestly I can't think of any in particular because everything that my fiance does is a warm fuzzy to be! He just knows all the time what to do to make me happy and put a smile on my face. I honestly can say that he truly is a god sent and i would do this all over again just to be with him. He is the most understand, considerate, romantic, loving, caring, and special man i have ever met in my life. I need to stop i am starying to really feel warm, and fuzzy ! I am truly blessed and i can't wait to be his wife!

I've known my husband for over 4 years now and he is exactly the same man I fell in love with. He joined me here on a K-1 in 2005 and we have now been married over two years. I still can't wait to see him come home and give me his warm hugs and kisses. I love when he calls me at work to just say hello and that he loves me. We work every day on our marriage because we want it to work. He says many endearing things but one that stands out is when we were discussing him going to see a friend by himself for a few days, he told me to look at his feet and then look at mine, he said our feet walk together always. So far, that's right. Looking forward to getting off work and going home later today, not only because work is over but mostly because my husband is with me. Good luck to everyone. Adjustment is hard on both people and as a couple but well worth talking and working things out. Feeling warm and fuzzy is a blessing.

I am loving all of these stories and another just jumped out at me..in Egypt we used to always listen to I love a rainy night but Eddie Rabbit, that's right brings ya back don't it...anywho...we just loved to sing at the top of our lungs to this song and when we were getting about my having to leave soon, he would put this song on....and we would laugh and sing and dance...and after I came back to the U.S. he has called me several times and had this song so I could hear it..so sweet....and he will tell me that he imagines me in the car w/him singing and dancing to this song..so sweet;)
