Sponsor change of employer before interview

My Wife finally has her interview at the Consulate the beginning of February and I have a predicament I'm trying to figure out how to handle.

We were DQ'd in August 2021, and after I filed my 2021 taxes I uploaded my tax documents, IRS transcript and an updated I-864 to the CEAC in July of 2022.

I changed employers in October of 2022 and not sure what I should do.

  1. Do I upload another I-864 showing my new employer and add paystubs from when I started in October along with an Employment Verification Letter? (taxes for 2022 will likely not be completed in time for the interview        but I do have the W2 which reflects my pay from October 10, 2022 to end of year from new job).  I've been told that with such a short time at my new employer they may ask for a joint sponsor at the interview. By the              time of the interview I will have been with new employer for almost 4 months.

  2. Do I just leave it as is with the documents that were uploaded in July 2022?  My worry is if they ask her where I work she would have to say my previous employer, or it may be possible they request recent pay stubs to          ensure I am still employed with my old job which I could not produce.

No need to do anything. Just prepare the new ones and send to her to take to interview and present ONLY if asked.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

I think there's a very good chance they will ask her what I do for a living.  In which case she would need to tell them about my new employer.

If that happens, would an updated I-864 showing my new employer's name, paystubs, verification letter, and W2 be enough?

For transparency, the Verification Letter from my employer states that I make a base salary of $30,000 plus commission with expected annual earnings of approximately $65,000.

That'll be enough. But as I said, present if asked.
