should she get her name changed?

on the application should we use her new last name or her last name we used to file the i129f?

we also just moved. on the application for i485 should i use the new address?

how do i let the uscis know that we moved?

thankyou, any help will be appreciated.

Hi, we also just recently married and we went to the SS office to change her name but they would not change it until we had the AOS, nor could she get a state ID until the filing had been completed and approved. We used her married name except in the places it asked for maiden name. I would use the new address.

You should use her new married name (unless you want to pay whatever amount later on to have it changed on the GC).

Same thing for the address, if you want to receive it put the new one.

They don't care if the information are different from the K1, they want the current information.

If her I-94 is still valid, then she should be able to go the the SS and change her name, but if she can't and has to wait to show her EAD or GC it doesn't matter for the USCIS, they know that it takes certain papers to be able to do this.

If you haven't yet filed for the AOS, you don't need to "let them know that you moved", by using the A# and adding the documents they require, they'll know how you came and with what visa.

The only time you need to let them know that you move is if you sent the application already and are changing the address that you filed with, in which case, just do a simple research on "change of address" on the site, you'll get plenty of answers.
