Happy New Year 2 you all hope ur all doing well.Quick questions guys

Am traveling abroad next week; 2go see my family whom I haven't seen for 6 years. Due 2 covid and financial issues. And 4 my husband 2 meet my family 4 the first time so this trip is really important. Have been checking my N400 status religiously 2 6th it changed to the interview scheduled waiting for the letter in the mail.

These is my questions?

I submitted my N400 last year on November 7th 2022.My questions can be reshudedel without any issues?. Can I call uscis to figure out my interview date while waiting for the actual interview letter 2 come in the mail?

2 If i reshudedel will have issues with my case ?other than delay it.

Thank you in advance all ur help.

You can try to reschedule, but that tends to create headaches.  Did you see the interview notice posted in the documents section of your USCIS account from filing the N400?  Personally, I would adjust my schedule to attend the interview rather than try and get USCIS to reschedule, but that is up to you.

Good Luck!

Did you file N-400 online or by paper?

Then as @Dashinka wrote it is almost certain you can read the interview letter now if you log into your USCIS account and look at the documents tab.

When lawfully notified me that my wife’s interview was scheduled, we immediately logged into her USCIS account and her interview letter was there in the documents  tab. It took a full two weeks before the letter arrived in the mail.

So I would get busy locating that letter on the website.  I’ve never heard of an online N-400 bit having the interview letter not posted on the website.

There should be a "documents" section where the I-797 interview letter will be posted.

Good to hear this will not be an issue for you as rescheduling can be a major pain.  You can use your time on your trip to study for the civics test.

Good Luck!
