Thank you everyone for your help!! So my next question is, if I wanted to travel, I understand I’d need the ROC (or extension letter). How long will that take once I file for the removal and if filing with the waiver, will they send this before or after the RFE for divorce decree? I am travelling in March back to the U.K. and worried about my return

@prettylilraindrop You will receive extension letter soon after filing for ROC. Typically it takes between 2 and 6 weeks. You will need this letter AND expired green card to travel.

They will issue it before biometrics and any RFEs.

Thank you!! I appreciate your help. Also, do you happen to know how I would go about filling out the I-751 considering I am not yet married? It asks for marital status and date of divorce, I am filing with the divorce waiver of course but the divorce is not final yet so I’m unsure how to answer. Thanks in advance!
