N-400 Employment question for the Online Form and Name Change question

Hi there!

Sorry if these are silly questions but I'm using the online form to submit and I'm hoping someone can help me out with a few questions.

I am applying based on the 5 year rule, because I got divorced in October 2022 but meet the 5 year requirement.

My questions are:

1. In the employment section, you can only use the drop down menus so I chose self-employed but "Graphic Designer" doesn't show up in the 'occupation' drop-down menu. Including a photo HERE to show the options they provide. Really not sure what to choose.

2. I lived in multiple places since living in the US, and throughout these 5 years I've held the same self-employed Graphic Designer position. Should I be adding each address I've lived at as separate entries for my self-employment? Or just 1 entry and use my current address only?

3. Supporting Documents portion: I got my named changed when I was a kid, and changed again when I got married. Since being divorced I didn't change my name. Should I be uploading my childhood name change document and my marriage certificate? I got divorced though, and I am uploading my divorce decree so not sure if the marriage certificate is going to be confusing. Any help anyone can give me? (EDIT: I should say that my current legal name is the same as on my 10 year green card)

THANK YOU!!!!

My understanding is you employment history and address history are two different sections. You need to list all addresses you lived at in the last 5 years. If you only worked at the same place, list it once (in different section). Didn't you have a company / corp legal address?

Thank you! What kind of supporting document can I show for these? Just an additional piece of paper where I write this down and upload?

1. Resume, print out of LinkedIn profile, business card, employment verification letter, ….

2. write a signed statement.
