I have a friend there and he could host me for more than 3 months. I'm a musician, wanted visit there to explore a different musical culture enjoying concerts and maybe who knows then.. Can I apply for a different visa? Or trying to apply for the Eta in Canada?

You cannot come to the US and work as a musician without the correct type of visa.

Best bet is to try for a B visa when you are older and more established.  Setting out to visit for 3+ months also was not smart.

Could be useful to buy a ticket with the return date? And then apply for Esta?

Don't do that unless it is refundable or you don't mind losing the money.  Return date on ESTA is required, having a ticket will not make a difference.

When one is ESTA eligible, a B visa usually gets denied because one is ESTA eligible.  You are now in a fe-facto ban of your own making.

Since you were looking for a stay of more than 90 days that raises suspicion right there.

1. What is it about your life that lets you be away from your country that long?  Most people have jobs. If you don’t have a full time job, get one.

2. Why did you want to stay more than  90 days?

3. An exception would be a retiree.  Are you retired?

Get a full time  job. Work for a while.

Then try the ESTA again.

I’m not optimistic but if you don’t try the ESTA first  after working full time, and instead  keep trying for B visas you are just doing the same thing expecting different results.

If ESTA is denied after you have been working full time, then you have a basis for applying for a B visa.

Whatever you do, don’t ask for an authorized stay of more than 90 days.  Apply for an authorized stay  of 2 weeks.  .

I work as a musician, I play in bands I make concerts and touring. I have no contracts. I'm a self employee that's the thing!

Given this and your other comments about your plan to come to USA and adjust status, I am significantly more pessimistic than before.

I hope  you make it in the music business, because an O-1B visa is about the only I see you entering the USA in the future.

I'm so overwhelmed for this mistake. But I have not lost my hopes. Trying to apply for study there. I wish to go to the US since I was young

So you’re looking to move to the US, not really to just visit? This is very likely why your B visa was denied, I assume they suspected you of trying to adjust status once admitted to the US

This was a self inflicted wound, you should simply have come on ESTA. I think you need to understand CLEARLY what visitors visas are for and the kind of intent you must or must not possess when applying for them.

Maybe it’s because you’re “talking too much” however what I glean from you is you would love to stay in the USA ie if some organization or someone sponsors you. Nothing wrong with that however displaying a high affinity for the USA doesn’t help one’s chances of being approved for a non immigrant visa unless it’s one that allows dual intent.

Next time apply for three months preferably less.

That possibly someone could notice me and offering me to play, and then change my status. I was open to that. But I repeat, I made a big mistake, and now it's late, but not the end I guess

Soon you’ll learn that coming on a tourist visa with the intent to stay and adjust is fraud. That’s probably what they saw in your application

There is something wrong with this if a person tries to do this with the B2.

@Sandro8, each visa has a purpose.  B2 is for visits, tourism and medical treatments  B1 is for business meetings and conferences.  F is for studying (vs F-1 to F-4 for family based immigration), etc

A generic "I want to experience music and see what happens" is not really a valid purpose.  American music can be appreciated anywhere in the world.. Going to a specific concert on a specific date/place is a valid reason.

It seems from your posts you want to study music in the US.  If that is the case, then apply for a student visa.  You would need to get accepted to a qualifying school first.
