Anyone here ROC filler with 2 years extension letter able to travel france and italy.... how was your experience applying for schengen visa?

uneventful. the embassy staff (french and spanish, in my case) had knowledge about the extension letter and what to do with it.

Should have no effect per say. The LPR is still an LPR regardless of whether they have an ROC filed or not. As long as the conditional green card holder travels with an expired green card and an extension letter or an i551 stamp they should be good to go.

 

Thier Schengen visa would be up to the county they are visiting to issue one based on the nationality of passport holder and possibly their LPR status in the USA. They would still be an LPR with a ROC on file so no difference.

AOS Approved July 2018

 

Filed for i751 joint application May 2020

Fingerprints reused October 2020, and February 2021 and June 2021 (Yes 3 fingerprint notices)

Case move to National Benefits Center December 2020 for quicker processing from California Service Center

Oct 2021 out of processing time inquiry made, response May 5th 2022 that our i751 case will be addressed at our n400 interview

Combo interview May 16th 2022, in Sacramento

Approved June 08, 2022

 

Filed for Naturalization May 2021

Fingerprints reused May 2021

Approved June 08, 2022

Oath Ceremony completed June 29th 2022
