Congrats on the interview date, I filed 3 days after you on a 5 year basis and no updates so hoping your timeline means I'll hear something soon.

Thank you, it caught me unprepared really since I still need to file my taxes for 2022 and the date of the interview is like 12 days before my 3 year anniversary.

So I am hoping now they won't deny me due to that.

completed my walk-in Biometrics at a near by ASC center, They asked me to come at 3pm and no one there and it completed in 10 mins. Case status updated to 10months.

I'm in the same boat with taxes however don't have the interview yet.

Good luck, I can't see them denying you because you don't have taxes done (was that a request in the interview letter?)

Do your taxes before your interview and bring the taxes transcript with you.

Yeap going to give the papers to my accountant so he can file it this week so I will have proof of filing them.

What baffled me is that the interview is like 12 days before the 3 year anniversary as a resident.

I’m sure they know that, but if you are worried you can call uscis and ask them if it is ok or was it an error

I wouldn't trust USCIS to not deny you because they booked it before the 3 year anniversary - this might be a case for a reschedule!

My thought really,  I called InfoPass to see what's up, they told me that basically the n400 would be attached to the i751 and that the date won't affect anything.

Honestly I am thinking I will just go at the interview and ask the interviewer if that will be a problem.

Don’t ask any question, just go with the flow.

Did u ever get any update about i-751 got transferred after u filed N-400? Is ur I-751 starts from MSC?

For taxes- not a big problem..just file it and get a filing copy from ur accountant..u dont need transcript..just a copy from accountant will work fine.

The main problem is that they scheduled interview before 3 year completion..the worst case is they will reschedule it when u show up for the interview..the best case is they wont care and approve it as USCIS is the one who scheduled it in the first place.

No update for i751 after they reused my bio data. Actually for the past 3-4 weeks when I check the status it just says "Your case status is unavailable at this time. We are working to get you accurate information as soon as possible."

So I am wondering if that and the interview are connected.

That's probably the best idea, for now I can only finish gathering my paperwork anyway.

Nahhh. That error is some IT related. Its same for everbody that the case status is unavailable. Is ur I751 receipt starts with MSC?
