Hello all,

I submitted my N 400 on Jaunary 10, (3 year rule), got the standard NOA and biometric reuse letters and today I got a notification about my interview being scheduled, 22 days after submitting! I'm surprised to say at least... estimated waiting time for my field office (Kendall,FL) was 9 months and then dropped to 7months. Interview is scheduled for March 8th and I still have ROC pending from Nov 2021 with no new info or updates on it. Praying for combo interview so I can be done finally. Wishing everyone a speedy process 😊

That's amazing news, congratulations!

I-751 Application - Nov 26, 2012.
NOA - Nov 27, 2012.
Bio Appointment Dec 31, 2012.
New Appointment Jan 8, 2013.

I-751 Removal of Conditions - Approved May 28 2013

Green Card Production notice - June 13 2013

Green Card Received - June 20, 2013

Citizenship Application - January 17, 2023

So u applied 90 days before 3 year completion? Because 3 year must be completed by the interview date...

Anyone else with a pending 751 and this case status?

Your case status is unavailable at this time. We are working to get you accurate information as soon as possible.

Even my older cases such as my 485 and 765 are showing that. All of them except my N400

@Rocio0010 same for me, since yesterday afternoon. All cases but N 400 show that. Not sure what's up with it.

Oh no, I thought that magically all my cases would be approved!

Exactly. Mine has been sitting at LIN for almost a year with the fingerprints applied to my case and that is it.

I am always happy to see people being approved, but I am not happy with the inconsistency that USCIS shows accross the board. I just saw a person being approved for ROC at LIN in 22 days with much less evidence than I have.

This. I absolutely get it. I think most of the people here feel the same. You feel happy for people making a progress but you are stuck in one spot for a while now while it might seem some are lucky enough to "skip the line"... I'm still in awe of my N 400 interview letter but I would have loved if it was a progress on I 751 better... not complaining here, I know I'm lucky with being fast tracked to this citizenship interview but as we all know, need that I751 more...

@Rocio0010yea. I don't know how... not sure is my field office that fast or what. To be honest my AOS went fast too, 4 months, so im assuming it's the field office working fast, but no move on I751 so  just praying for combo interview at this point.
