I believe they are referring to the documents available in the online account. If you filed N-400 online, there is a "Documents" tab where you can download/print notices you receive from USCIS. The electronic version will be added before a hard copy is received by mail. For example, my husband's biometric notice appeared online on 2/4 and we received the physical copy in the mail on 2/11. I attached a screenshot.

Edit: I misread the post, sorry! Leaving this here though in case it helps someone.

ok I see only receipt in the documents tab.

Does anyone have any idea about NBC at overland park KS and NBC at lee summit MO. Are these two NBC one and the same thing?

They are different, different addresses so I would  assume different places.

I was thinking that my I751 have not gotten transferred yet. Because my I751 is at NBC and then my N400 is also at NBC. Though, one is NBC MO and other one is NBC KS. When I put both addresses in maps, its only 17 miles. Just assuming.lol ;)

I did it from online account message service. Got reply on 2/17 that it is in queue and 2/18 got notice.. I am sure it has to do with my message and they realize it is stuck for weeks.

Got an interview date for first week of March. What I notice though is that my I751 status hasn't changed and its like 22 days before the 3 years completion.

Will that be a problem?
