@Rocio0010yea. I don't know how... not sure is my field office that fast or what. To be honest my AOS went fast too, 4 months, so im assuming it's the field office working fast, but no move on I751 so  just praying for combo interview at this point.

Right! My AOS was sort of fast too, and weird... Read my signature and you'll see. But the thing is, our interview for AOS would have been in Pittsburgh, PA, which has one of the highest approval rates and actually the officer that called me was very, very friendly and nice. We moved to Columbus, so I am not really sure if Columbus is fast or not.

There is another person here in VJ that is going through Columbus, and his wife got the interview in four months. And another one in three weeks. But my issue is, I don't even have the biometrics, so my application is still at NBC and it will be there until someone finally decides to look at it.

FROM F1 TO AOS

I see... wow. Wait, you haven't gotten the biometrics letter yet? I'm asking because my waiver for bio was uploaded moment's after I submitted the application. Maybe because your field office changed from initial AOS? I'm spittballing here tho, I have no idea does that affect anything .

Anyone else with a pending 751 and this case status?

Your case status is unavailable at this time. We are working to get you accurate information as soon as possible.

Even my older cases such as my 485 and 765 are showing that. All of them except my N400

Yes. All cases except n400. May be some maintenance issue.

Maybe that means you will actually have a bio appointment... I'm not sure tho.

I filled and submitted my N400 on the 31st  in the afternoon I got update the receipt notice was issued and sent to me. Today and yesterday  I got a messages ob my phone saying “we have taken action on your case. Sign in to your account”. When I sign in show the same thing that was posted on the 31st afternoon. Anybody know why that might be?

Same exact situation for me, other than I submitted the day before you. I think that what happens is that they update first on your account, and the message and notification get to you a day later. So there is nothing new on your account other than what you just saw. Did you get the biometric notice?

We are experiencing all the same things (ROC stuck at LIN, only the initial notice online for n400, still waiting for biometric notice, all cases cannot provide update, the extra message with no change, etc). We submitted later in the day on the 27th. Also still waiting for a hard copy. 🤷‍♀️

No, nothing about biometric. A lot of people that are writing here said that they got reuse on date scheduled right away. Did you get anything about the finger prints
