Hi everyone, this would be my first post on the forum. I highly appreciate everyone for sharing their journey and answering questions.

I have two so far:

1) I'm about to file I-751, my dual citizen daughter was on vacation since September of 2022 in my home country but will also pick her up next year. do I put a check on page 3 on question if child is living with us, since it's just a vacation?

2) For the fee, I know the total would be $680, correct me if I'm wrong. Do I put the amount together on just a single money order?

1. 4 months away, I’d say she is no longer living with you.  Since she apparently is a U.S. citizen, doesn’t impact her. Might be a minor impact on your story for bonafide marriage.

2.  Single money order. https://www.uscis.gov/feecalculator confirms it is $680

I'm going to partially disagree with Mike.

She still lives with you. Away for vacation is not moved out. Her place of residence is still your address. Just like snow birds they are usually in the US or elsewhere they take off too and that doesn't change their place of residence.

Thanks for the feedback. That's what I thought so as well but I wasn't sure about.
